Customer steps
- Tap Sign In / Create Account.
- Enter your email and continue.
- Check “Email me with news and offers” if you want Coughee Cash updates and rewards messages.
- Confirm the code Shopify sends you.
- Tell the cashier your email or phone before they add products.
Cashier rule
Attach the customer to the cart first. If BON says No promotions available, the customer is attached correctly — they just do not currently have a redeemable BON reward/promotion for this cart yet. Finish the order so points can be earned.
